In conclusion, the Christmas sweater was inspired by J. K. Rowling’s Harry Potter series, and the design of the Hogsmeade train station. Each character has a different set of books or films from which the design was drawn. A few of them include: Cedric Diggory, Grawp, Hermione Granger, Ron Weasley, Hagrid, Dumbledore, Severus Snape, and Harry Potter himself. This project was created in collaboration with my best friend, Sarah, who also worked on a Harry Potter themed Christmas ornament for her family. It’s her third year designing a Harry Potter ornament for Christmas, so she is now the master of Harry Potter Christmas. The inspiration behind the project was from a drawing of the Hogwarts castle by my cousin, Daniel.
